Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover the early-access version of Referral Code Share: the feed, your private post and request pages, and the emails we send (“the site”). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Referral Code Share. By using the site — and especially by posting a code, requesting a program or joining the waitlist — you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
What the site is
This site is the early-access version of Referral Code Share, a free referral code sharing site for refer-a-friend programs. You can copy codes and post your own; accounts, votes and profiles open later.
We only list codes. Referral programs are run by the brands themselves: we take no part in your sign-up and pay no rewards, and we can’t promise that a code works, that a brand will accept it, or that anyone gets a reward.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 to post a code, request a program or join the waitlist, and you may use the site only as the law where you are allows. Use your own, lasting email address — one person to an address. We don’t accept temporary or throwaway email addresses.
Posting a referral code
Post only your own code or invite link, for a refer-a-friend program that is running and that lets you share it publicly. Your reward line and details must describe what the brand actually offers, and an invite link must be on the program’s own website.
One post per program for each email. A published post can be edited once every 24 hours (counted across all your posts), and each edit moves it back to the top of the feed. All posts from one email show the same name.
Before a post goes live we check its text and that the program is real, running and one we list. We may decline a program we can’t confirm, or one of a kind we don’t list (see What isn’t allowed).
Posting is free and doesn’t create an account. By posting you let us show your first name (and last initial, if you add one), your code and your reward line publicly.
What isn’t allowed
Don’t post, request or send anything that:
- isn’t your own code, or breaks the brand’s rules for sharing it;
- is misleading — a reward the brand doesn’t offer, fake urgency, or claims of income or earnings (“make $500 a day”, “get paid to sign up”);
- is spam or advertising for something else, or links anywhere but the program’s own website;
- shares personal details — a phone number, an email address, a social media handle, or anything private about another person;
- is sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening or violent, or encourages self-harm;
- is a scam, phishing or malware, promotes anything illegal, or infringes someone else’s rights, such as a copyright or trademark;
- impersonates a person or brand, or suggests a brand endorses you or us.
We also don’t list programs for cryptocurrency, gambling or betting, adult content, weapons, tobacco or vaping, recreational drugs or cannabis, payday or high-interest loans, debt relief, binary options, CFD or forex trading, multi-level marketing or “get paid to recruit” schemes, or unproven health or weight-loss products — even where they’re legal.
And don’t misuse the site: no bots, scripts, or fake, temporary or extra email addresses to post, request, copy, report or inflate anything we count; no posting the same code under several emails; no getting around our limits, bot checks or blocks; no copying the feed in bulk; no artificial clicks or traffic of any kind; and nothing that harms the site or its visitors, such as probing it for weaknesses or overloading it.
How we moderate
An automated check reads every post before it goes live and checks every new program and every new email domain. Anyone can report a post with “Report post”, and we look at every report.
We may decline, hide or remove any post, request or signup — for example one that breaks these terms, is reported, or whose program has ended — and stop an email address from using the site. We don’t always give a reason, and we can’t check every code ourselves, so we can’t promise every post follows these rules.
If you think we got something wrong, write to [email protected].
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in what you post. You let us store, show, copy and share it — on the site, in search results and link previews of it, and on our own pages about the site, such as our social media pages — free of charge and worldwide, for as long as it’s posted, plus the short time it takes to clear copies such as backups.
You promise that you have the right to post it and that it follows these terms. You’re responsible for what you post, and for keeping to the brand’s program rules.
The waitlist and program requests
Joining the waitlist or requesting a program is free. By giving us your email you agree that we may email you as our Privacy Policy describes: your private links and codes, and one email when accounts open.
A request is a vote to add a program when the full site opens, and the most-requested programs are the first we add. Still, a request, a Me too or a place on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee a listing, a launch date, or any reward.
Referral programs and brands
Brand names and logos belong to their owners; we show them only to identify a program. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any brand on this site unless we say so.
This site isn’t part of, or endorsed by, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google or Reddit, where we may have pages or run ads. Their names are their owners’ trademarks.
Referral programs are run by the brands themselves. They set the rewards and the rules, change them, and can end a program at any time. Always check the brand’s own terms before you sign up.
How we’ll make money
It doesn’t yet. Once the full site opens, it may earn from our own referral codes (labelled “Our code”), affiliate links (labelled “Affiliate link”), ads (labelled “Ad”) and sponsored listings (labelled “Sponsored”). Our own codes are ranked like everyone else’s, a paid spot is shown apart from the vote-ranked codes, and payment never changes a code’s votes. Copying and posting stay free.
Each of these is labelled where it appears — “Our code” on our own codes, and “Affiliate link”, “Ad” or “Sponsored” on anything else that earns us money — so you always know when we have a stake.
Our content, and complaints
The site’s design, text, logo and code belong to us. You’re welcome to link to and share our pages and the posts on them, but don’t copy the site or the feed as a whole.
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark or breaks the law, write to [email protected] with the post or page and what’s wrong, and we’ll look into it promptly — usually by taking it down while we do.
Information only
Everything on this site is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Rewards shown are what members posted or what we last checked, and may have changed since.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is free and in early access. It’s provided “as is” and “as available”: it may change, pause or contain errors, and we may change or end any part of it — early access included — at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from relying on the site, from a code or reward that doesn’t work out, or from what brands, other visitors or linked sites do, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. When the full site launches, its own Terms of Service apply there.
